By accessing and using newsgaged.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Public Comments and User Submissions

Public article comments are currently disabled. Newsgaged does not presently provide a feature through which members of the public can publish comments on articles.

If Newsgaged enables public commenting in the future, we will first publish separate commenting rules and provide the complaint and moderation process required for that feature under applicable Slovenian media law. The present Terms are not intended to serve as those future commenting rules.

If you voluntarily submit material through a contact form, contributor workflow, feedback tool or another submission feature that Newsgaged actually makes available:

You retain ownership of your original material, subject to any separate contributor or submission agreement that applies.
You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to receive, review and respond to the submission and, where publication is expressly agreed, to publish it on the agreed terms.
You are responsible for material you submit and must not submit unlawful content or material that infringes third-party rights.
We may reject or remove submitted material where appropriate, subject to any applicable statutory rights or obligations.

Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service to anyone for any reason, subject to applicable law
